Webhooks
Webhooks send real-time HTTP notifications to external services when events happen in your CRM.
Setting Up Webhooks
- Go to Settings → Webhooks
- Enter a destination URL
- Select an event trigger
- Click Add Webhook
Available Events
| Event | Fires When |

| Contact Created | A new contact is added |
| Contact Updated | A contact is modified |
| Deal Created | A new deal is created |
| Deal Won | A deal moves to a Won stage |
| Deal Lost | A deal moves to a Lost stage |
| Task Completed | A task is marked complete |
| Follow-up Completed | A follow-up is marked done |
Use Cases
- Notify Slack when a deal is won
- Trigger Zapier automations on new contacts
- Update an external database when contacts change
- Send data to a marketing platform
