Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited when using SalesFury. It supplements and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. General Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or fraudulent.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without authorization.
2. Email Compliance (CAN-SPAM)
When sending email through or with the help of SalesFury, you must:
- Not use false or misleading header information or deceptive subject lines.
- Identify the message as an advertisement where required.
- Include your valid physical postal address.
- Provide a clear and conspicuous way to opt out, and honor opt-outs promptly.
- Not email individuals who have unsubscribed.
3. SMS & Calling Compliance (TCPA / TSR)
When sending SMS or making calls, you must:
- Obtain prior express consent where required before contacting recipients.
- Honor STOP, unsubscribe, and Do-Not-Call requests immediately.
- Include your identity and opt-out instructions in messages.
- Respect quiet hours and time-zone-based calling windows.
- Not contact numbers on applicable Do-Not-Call registries without a valid exemption.
- Comply with carrier and messaging provider requirements (see our SMS Terms).
4. Prohibited Content & Industries
You may not use the Service to send communications related to illegal goods or services, phishing, deceptive financial schemes, or any content prohibited by our messaging providers. Certain regulated categories may require additional approval.
5. Data & Consent
You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and have a lawful basis to contact every recipient in your lists. You must maintain records of consent as required by law and remove contacts who withdraw consent.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removing content, throttling messaging, suspending features, or terminating accounts. We may report unlawful activity to authorities. SalesFury's compliance tools are provided to assist you, but responsibility for lawful use rests with you.
7. Reporting Abuse
To report a violation of this policy, contact abuse@salesfury.us. All SalesFury staff are copied on abuse reports so we can respond quickly.
