What it shows
The User Activity Report answers one question: who actually did the work this week? It lists every user in your organization with their calls, emails, SMS, meetings, notes, follow-ups, deals created, deals won and revenue closed for a chosen period.
Getting there
📊 User Activity in the sidebar, or the User Activity Report button on the Teams card in Settings. Managers, admins and owners only — reps do not see it.
Choosing a period
- Weekly — Monday to Sunday.
- Monthly — calendar month.
Step backwards through earlier periods to compare like with like. Every column is sortable, so you can rank by whichever activity you care about, and the totals row gives you the team figure.
Exporting
Export to CSV for one-to-ones, board packs or commission runs. The export matches exactly what is on screen, including the period and sort you chose.
Reading it honestly
Activity counts are inputs, not outcomes. A rep with 300 calls and no deals has a conversion problem that more calls will not fix; a rep with 40 calls and five wins may be your best qualifier. Use the activity columns to explain the revenue column, not to replace it.
Team Member Stats
The main 📈 Reports page also carries a Team Member Stats table covering the same people, with win rate and each member's share of revenue for the selected period.
