Do-Not-Call exclusions
Any contact who has opted out of calls is automatically excluded from the power dialer's call lists. You never have to remember who not to call.
The DNC disposition
In the power dialer, you can mark a call with the 🚫 Do Not Call (DNC) disposition. This immediately opts the contact out of calls so they won't be dialed again.
Smart Call Windows
Calling someone at the wrong hour violates the TSR and annoys prospects. SalesFury detects each contact's time zone from their area code and skips anyone outside your allowed calling window.
Configure this per call list under the dialer settings:
- Call window start / end — the local hours you're allowed to call.
- Respect time zone — when on, the contact's local time (from their area code) is used to decide whether to include them right now.
The dialer shows each contact's local time so reps always know what time it is on the other end.
