Compliance at a glance
SalesFury has compliance built in so your team can move fast without breaking the law. Here's everything that's working for you automatically:
- Email (CAN-SPAM): every email gets a compliant footer with your business name, physical address, and a one-click unsubscribe link. Opted-out contacts are never emailed.
- SMS (TCPA / CTIA): outbound texts include a "Reply STOP to
unsubscribe" disclosure. Inbound
STOP,START, andHELPkeywords are handled automatically with the correct replies. - Calls (TSR / Do-Not-Call): contacts who opt out of calls are excluded from the power dialer and can be sent to the dead list.
- Smart Call Windows: SalesFury detects each contact's time zone from their area code and skips anyone outside your calling hours.
- Do-Not-Contact list: a platform-wide suppression list. Anyone added is blocked across every organization, on the channels you choose.
- FTC DNC import: pull reported robocall / unwanted-call numbers from the FTC and suppress them automatically.
