On Deals, use the Board / List toggle. The board shows one column per pipeline stage, with each deal as a card carrying its title, company, value and close date.
Moving a deal
Drag a card to another column to change its stage. The change saves immediately and is written to the deal's history. Dropping a card back into the column it came from does nothing — deliberately, so a mis-drag does not litter the timeline with "moved stage" entries that record no actual move.
Search and filters carry over
Whatever you have searched or filtered applies to the board too. Columns follow the stage order of your pipeline, so the board always reads left-to-right in the order you actually sell.
The 500-card limit
The board renders at most 500 deals. Paginating a kanban board is worse than capping it: page two of a column is invisible, and people make decisions believing they are looking at everything. If you hit the cap, narrow with search or a status filter, or use the list view, which paginates properly.
What you can see
The board obeys deal ownership — reps see their own cards only. See Who Can See a Deal.
