The Do-Not-Contact List: Platform-Wide Suppression

Updated August 13, 2026

One list to block them all

The Do-Not-Contact (DNC) list is a platform-wide suppression list. Anyone on it is blocked across every organization, on the channels selected (email, SMS, and/or calls).

Public self-service opt-out

Anyone can visit /do-not-contact/ (linked in the site footer) to add their email and/or phone number and choose which channels to block. Their request takes effect immediately.

Staff management & tracking

Staff can manage the list at Staff Admin → Do-Not-Contact List. From there you can:

Always-on enforcement

Suppression is enforced in three ways:

  1. When someone is added, all matching contacts are opted out instantly.
  2. Any new or imported contact matching the list is auto-suppressed on save.
  3. Every email, SMS, and call is checked against the list before sending.
