Settings → Audit Log (admins). Each row shows when, who, the action, the record, a short detail and the IP address.
Filter by action — Viewed, Created, Updated, Deleted, Exported, Imported, Logged in, Bulk action — and by outcome: Success, Partial or Failed. Some entries (for example prospector searches) have their own action names and appear under “All”. The page shows 100 rows at a time.
