Email Settings
Sending through SendGrid, Mailgun or SES? Also set up the bounce webhook on this page, or SalesFury will never learn that an address is dead. See Bounce & Complaint Webhook Setup.
SalesFury supports multiple email providers for sending emails from your CRM. Configure your organization's email settings from ⚙️ Settings → 📧 Email Settings.
Supported Providers
- SMTP — Gmail, Outlook/Office 365, Zoho, or any custom SMTP server
- SendGrid API — High-volume sending via API
- Mailgun API — Transactional email via API
- Amazon SES — AWS Simple Email Service via SMTP
Quick Setup
- Go to Email Settings
- Click a provider preset (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) to auto-fill connection details
- Enter your credentials (host user/password or API key)
- Set your From Name and From Address
- Send a test email to verify the configuration
- Click Save Settings
SMTP vs API
SMTP works with any email provider but may have sending limits. API mode (SendGrid/Mailgun) offers higher throughput and better deliverability tracking.
Important Notes
- Gmail requires an App Password (not your regular password) if 2FA is enabled
- SendGrid and Mailgun use API keys — no SMTP password needed
- The Reply-To address defaults to your From Address if not set
