SMS Settings
Each user in SalesFury can have their own Twilio credentials for sending and receiving SMS messages. This ensures message isolation — each user's conversations are private.
Setting Up SMS
- Go to ⚙️ Settings → 📱 SMS Settings
- Enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number
- Click Save Settings
Getting Twilio Credentials
- Sign up at twilio.com
- Get your Account SID and Auth Token from the Twilio Console dashboard
- Purchase a phone number with SMS capability
- Copy the phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +15551234567)
Per-User Isolation
SMS messages are isolated per user — you only see conversations from your own Twilio number. Organization admins and staff can manage user SMS settings from the Staff Admin panel.
Webhook Setup
To receive incoming SMS, configure your Twilio number's webhook URL to: https://yourdomain.com/dashboard/sms/webhook/
