Import, export, email scans and bulk delete all run in short slices, so a big file never times out. They are resumable, can be cancelled, and anything already committed is kept if a job fails.
Import
Upload a CSV (up to 25 MB), map the columns, import. Admins, managers with import permission, and reps (if the organization allows it) can import; a rep’s rows are always assigned to that rep.
Export
Admins and managers with export permission. Up to 5,000 contacts download immediately; larger exports are prepared and kept privately for 24 hours. One export at a time per user.
Delete matching contacts
Requires at least one narrowing filter — “everything” is refused —
and you must type DELETE to confirm. If the number of matches changes
before you confirm, you are asked again. One delete job runs at a time per
organization.
