Where to find it
Tools → Email Validator, open to every user. Three tabs: Single, Bulk / CSV, and All Contacts.
What it checks
Syntax, likely typos (with a suggested fix), disposable domains, role addresses such as info@ or support@, likely spamtrap addresses, and whether the domain can receive mail at all.
Scanning everything
“Verify all contacts” or a pasted list (up to 50,000 addresses) runs as a background scan in small slices. You can leave it, come back, cancel it, and export the findings as CSV. If you cannot view all contacts, the scan covers only yours.
What gets flagged
When “also flag matching contacts” is on, three things are flagged: likely spamtraps, domains with no mail server, and invalid syntax. These contacts are marked undeliverable, and every send path (one-off, sequences, campaigns, Mass Mailer) then refuses them.
Disposable and role addresses, typos, and “couldn’t verify right now” results are shown to you but never flagged automatically — if DNS itself is down the scan stops rather than guess.
Archiving the bad ones
Archiving is a separate, explicit step, in batches of up to 1,000. You can choose to keep contacts that still have a phone number, and do a dry run first.

Tools → Bounced Emails lists suppressed addresses (reps see only their own contacts), lets you search and export, and lets an admin, manager or the contact’s owner un-suppress one. Five soft bounces suppress an address; hard bounces, blocks and complaints suppress immediately.
