SMS Messaging

Send and receive text messages directly from your CRM using Twilio.

Setting Up Twilio

1. Go to Settings → SMS / Twilio
2. Enter your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and Phone Number
3. Click Save & Verify — the system validates your credentials

Getting Twilio Credentials

1. Sign up at twilio.com
2. Find your Account SID and Auth Token on the Twilio Console dashboard
3. Buy an SMS-enabled phone number
4. Enter the number in E.164 format (e.g., +15551234567)

Sending SMS

• From SMS page: Click 💬 SMS → ✉️ New SMS, select a contact or enter a number, type your message
• From Contact: Click the 💬 SMS button on any contact's page for a conversation-style thread

Receiving SMS

To receive inbound texts, configure your Twilio number's webhook to:

Incoming messages are auto-matched to contacts by phone number and logged on their timeline.

View all messages in the SMS Inbox with filters for direction (inbound/outbound) and search.
