Choosing a sort
When you create a call list in Dialer → Settings, pick a Sort by option. Alongside name, newest and oldest, you can now sort by deal stage or deal value.
How deal-stage sorting ranks contacts
A contact is ranked by their furthest-along open deal. Won and lost deals are ignored — closed business tells you nothing about who to call next.
Contacts with no deal at all are pinned to the end of the list in both directions. Reversing the sort should change the order of your active pipeline, not bury it under everyone you have never opened a deal with.
Which to use
- Deal stage, furthest first — chase what is closest to closing. Best at the end of a month or quarter.
- Deal stage, earliest first — work the top of the funnel before it goes cold.
- Deal value — biggest money first, regardless of stage.
Changing the sort later
The sort is fixed when the list is created. To change it, delete the list and create a new one.
