Filters
- All Contacts
- Never Contacted — no activity of any kind
- Never Called — has a phone number, has not opted out of calls, and no outbound call has ever been logged. Emails and texts do not count, so this is the list of people nobody has phoned.
- No Recent Activity (30 days)
- Follow-up Requested, and Overdue Follow-ups
- Has Phone Number
- New Leads (last 7 days)
- From a Contact List, or a hand-picked Custom Selection
The Power Dialer settings page shows a live count on each filter. A call list can add extras (lead source, company, assignee, tag), a per-call timer and a sort order. Archived contacts and call opt-outs are always excluded, and a session holds up to 250 contacts.
Who you see
If your organization turned on “dialer assigned only”, reps — and optionally managers — see only contacts assigned to them, so counts can differ from the organization total.
Call windows
A call list can have a start and end time. The contact’s local time comes from the phone’s area code, and contacts outside the window are skipped.
Outcomes
Connected, Voicemail Left, No Answer, Busy, Wrong Number, Callback Requested and Do Not Call. Repeated no-answers auto-archive a contact (default after 3, if enabled), Wrong Number archives it as a bad number, and Do Not Call adds it to the platform Do-Not-Contact list.
