Power Dialer
The power dialer helps you make high-volume outbound calls efficiently.
How It Works
- Go to 📞 Power Dialer → Settings
- Configure your call list — choose contacts by filter or manually
- Start the dialer — it presents contacts one by one
- For each contact, you can log the call outcome (connected, voicemail, no answer, etc.)
- After logging, the dialer moves to the next contact
The Deal Button
Each contact in the dialer has a gold 💰 Deal button. If the contact already has an open deal it reads View Deal and opens it; otherwise it reads Create Deal and starts a new one already linked to that contact. You no longer have to leave the dialer to log interest while it is fresh.
Call Outcomes
- Connected: You spoke with the contact
- Voicemail: Left a voicemail
- No Answer: No response — auto-increments the no-answer count
- Wrong Number: Bad phone number
- Not Interested: Contact declined
Building a Call List from a Contact List
When creating a call list, set Contact Filter to From a Contact List to work a set you curated on the Contacts page. Choose Keep in sync so the queue follows that list as you groom it, or Take a snapshot to freeze today's members. See Contact Lists: Organising Contacts by Hand.
Whose Contacts You See
Normally the dialer draws from every contact in your organization. If your administrator has turned on Dialer Scope, you will instead see only the contacts assigned to you — including inside call lists shared by a manager. If a list looks smaller than you expected, this is usually why. See Dialer Scope: Limiting Reps to Their Own Contacts.
Sort Order
Call lists can be sorted by deal stage or deal value as well as by name and age, so you can work your closest-to-closing prospects first. See Sorting a Call List by Deal Stage.
Dead List
Contacts that hit too many "No Answer" results are automatically moved to the 💀 Dead List to keep your active list clean. You can review and restore them anytime.
