Sending to bad email addresses tanks your deliverability and can get your domain blocklisted. SalesFury includes a built-in Email Validator so you can clean your list before you hit send.
Where to find it
Open Tools → 📧 Email Validator in the top navigation.
What it checks
- Syntax — malformed addresses (missing @, bad characters, etc.).
- Typo correction — suggests fixes like
gmial.com → gmail.com. - Deliverability — looks up the domain's MX records to confirm it can actually receive mail.
- Disposable inboxes — flags throwaway domains (e.g. mailinator).
- Role accounts — flags shared addresses like
info@,sales@,support@. - Spamtrap / honeypot risk — see the dedicated article on spamtraps.
Three ways to validate
- Single — paste one address for an instant verdict and a score out of 100.
- Bulk — paste a list or upload a CSV (up to 500 at a time). Export the results, including a per-address reason and score.
- All Contacts — scan every contact in your workspace that has an email on file (up to 1,000).
Reading the score
A higher score means a safer send. Anything flagged invalid, disposable, or spamtrap risk should be removed or reviewed before emailing.
Tip: Run a validation pass right after any CSV import to keep your list clean from day one.
